Tophats
These tophats are notices put above an article for a purpose. They mostly add categories as well

- {{Cleanup}}: Used to mark an article with enough info, yet does not follow the Manual of Style
- {{Wip}}: Used to mark an article that is being worked on by a user
- {{Delete}}: Marks an article for deletion
- {{Outdated}}: Marks an article as outdated
